Looking for a class packed with action, energy, and fun?! This class is for you! This 45min ride will take you through various tracks of energy pumping rides accompanied by choreography on the bike! Your instructor will guide you through this ride filled with curated track lists, packed with tons of fun!
Suitable for all levels.
 
What you will need:
• Cycling shoes (provided)
• Workout attire
• Water
• Towel
• Energy!!!
 
These rides are crucial for the rider who is on the bike most days and needs a day to recover while still maintaining a steady heart rate. We will work in these classes but focus on the recovery rather than spiking that heart rate at high intervals.
Suitable for all levels.
 
What you will need:
• Cycling shoes (provided)
• Workout attire
• Water
• Towel
 
This Ride and HIIT class will incorporate the elements of an RPM ride as well as an off bike workout. Looking to sweat on and off the bike? This class is for you! Get your cardio hit and strength training in one class! All levels welcome!
Suitable for all levels.

Riders are required to arrive 15min before class for initial bike setup for first time rides.

What you need:
• Cycling shoes (provided)
• Workout attire
• Water
• Towel
• Energy!!

 

Get your heart rate going while completing flat road rides, speed training, climbs and off saddle climbs all to a curated playlist that will be different every time!
One upper body weight track will be programmed into each ride. 
Suitable for all levels.
 
As a reminder, you are always welcome to ride at your own pace at any point during class.
 
Riders are required to arrive 15min before class for initial bike setup for first time rides.

• Workout attire
• Water
• Towel

Get your heart rate going with this infusion of an RPM & Choreo ride. Different levels of terrain combined with choreography all curated to a playlist that will leave you feeling energized! 
Suitable for all levels.

As a reminder, you are always welcome to ride at your own pace at any point during class.

• Workout attire
• Water

This combination ride of SPIN, RPM & HIIT class will incorporate the elements of an RPM ride as well as an off bike workout with some extras thrown in! Get your heart rate going with this high energy class.
Suitable for all levels.

Class focuses on the fundamentals of restorative yoga infused with techniques to help the body stretch and recover.
Classes will vary with instructors and experience. Introduction of equipment such as foam rollers, bands, Pilates balls can be expected during these classes. The key take away from this class will be a full body stretch!

What you will need:
• Yoga mat
• Workout/comfortable attire
• Water
*should you require a mat please let us know when you arrive*
