Young Athletes will learn the best poses to help boost their physical performance & mental perspectives such as:
Improved focus, Increased balance & flexibility, Injury prevention and Stress relief.

MOM & BABY
New moms of every fitness level are welcome to this 6 week program.
Classes are designed to help you re-energize your body in a fun safe way focusing on strengthening and conditioning all while bonding with your baby at the same time.

YOGA BOOK CLUB
A little reading, a little flowing, a lot of self love healing.Through yoga, you can focus on your mind and emotions to find a gentler, more loving way to be comfortable in your own skin. Yoga allows space for deep internal healing and a conscious space where you can enjoy just being you.Join us on Friday nights from 7 to 8 beginning on January 6 for a 5 week Yoga Book Club.
We will read SELF COMPASSION by Kristin Neff together and incorporate the lessons into our breath work and flow. Participants will need to purchase the book.
We will provide a journal.
Bring a pillow and a pen.

SQUAT THERAPY WORKSHOP
Do you have limited range of motion when you squat? Does your knee or back your when you squat?
Join Coach Dan for 60 minutes of tips, tricks, strategies, considerations and potential solutions for achieving a full range squat with no pain.
60 min of hands on work + home work for each participant
September 16 to October 28 / Friday 5:45pm - 6:30pm
November 2 to December 7 / Wednesday 10:30am - 11:15am
Friday January 6 for 5 weeks at 7pm to 8pm
