ONYX FIT uses Wodify Technologies, LLC (“Wodify”) as its gym management platform. Wodify supports membership administration, scheduling, performance tracking, communications, and other gym-related services. ONYX FIT remains responsible for the personal information it collects, while Wodify processes certain information on its behalf.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect and process several categories of information when you register for, access, or use ONYX FIT services.

ONYX FIT states that it does not sell personal information or health data to third parties, and health and fitness information is not intended to be used for advertising or unrelated marketing/data-mining purposes.

- Active Membership Information: Maintained during your membership and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Workout and Performance Information: May be retained to maintain historical fitness records unless deletion is requested.

- Legal Requirements: Information may be kept longer where required for legal, regulatory, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Deletion Requests: Where a valid deletion request is received, information may be deleted or anonymized, subject to information that must legally be retained.

You may access or update certain account information through the Wodify application or member portal.
For information that cannot be modified directly through your account, you may contact ONYX FIT.
5.2 Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information.
A deletion request should generally include:
- A request identifying that you want your personal information deleted.
- Your full name and the email address connected to your account.
- Enough information to allow the account and request to be verified.
The policy identifies gdpr@wodify.com as the Wodify contact for data-deletion requests and states that requests are generally processed within 30 days.
Certain information may still be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
5.3 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your personal information in an appropriate commonly used or machine-readable format, where applicable.
5.4 Opt-Out of Communications
You may opt out of promotional communications by:
- Using an unsubscribe link in applicable emails; or

If ONYX FIT learns that personal information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, appropriate steps may be taken to remove the information.
